Email Confirmation

Within 24 hours of making a purchase with us, an email will be sent to confirm your order. This email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order or when registering with us. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an Alicia Peru acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will not ship order until full payment has cleared..

Receiving your order

We currently use UPS Ground, 2-day, and Next Day shipping exclusively. Start counting the days until delivery from the first business day after we process/ship your order. For example, if you order on Saturday, the order could be cleared/processed on Saturday but it ships on Monday so start counting your first business day on Tuesday, which is the day after it ships.

If I order with Next Day shipping on Friday will I get it on Saturday?

No. 2-day and Next Day shipping orders do not have Saturday delivery. Choose Next Day on Friday before noon pm PST and it arrives on following Monday.

Change of Address

Alicia Peru cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact Alicia Peru immediately at

Tracking your order or Order Tracking Features - UPS

Once payment has cleared and we pick and pack your order, we email you a shipping invoice, which includes your UPS tracking number - check your spam if you don't see it. Log onto to see about tracking your package.
You will not see any tracking updates until the package is picked up by UPS, which is Monday through Friday. It usually gets its first tracking scan that night. Remember that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in their system and on their website.

If you have an account with us, just visit the "My Account" section of our site to check your order status at any time. Once signed in, you will be able to view your order status, shipping information, and your order invoice.

These discount codes are only redeemable by entering the coupon code upon checkout and are only available for use until the expiry date of those discount codes. Promotional discount codes may be offered from time to time on certain products. These discount codes will be available for a limited amount of time only. The entire amount of any discount code must be used in one single transaction. Refunds will not be given for any leftover value. Discount codes do not cover the cost of shipping.

Returns and exchanges:

Steps for returns

  • Email us at:, within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and put RETURN in subject line, give us a brief explanation as to why you want to return item(s) - we appreciate customer feedback, name of whom to make a company check out to and address of where we can mail that. We will email you back a Return Code Number.
  • Your will then be emailed a UPS call tag – a UPS service to return merchandise to us at OUR expense. Please write the Return Code Number we emailed you on the shipping label that will go on return package. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
  • Re-package and fold returned merchandise in a similar manner in which you received it.
  • All returned merchandise must be returned in brand new condition please keep tags on merchandise. We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged merchandise and these will be returned at customer's expense.
  • Fill out the UPS call –tag and drop the package at a UPS location or hand it to a UPS driver.
  • Wait a little... five business days or less to arrive back to us and then we will issue a company check which will arrive via USPS Priority mail. We will email you when we confirm the received returned merchandise is refundable and we have processed the return.
  • SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for return or exchange.

Please go through the steps of returning an item and email us at and put EXCHANGE in the subject bar. When we receive the item, we will respond with a specific coupon code which you can use to place a new order for a different item at checkout that discounts the amount already paid (excluding shipping). In the comments at checkout, make sure you let us know your 2nd choice or if you just want a refund if your first choice is sold out.
